Day 1: Arrive PARIS
Today you will be arrive in Paris. Transfer to the hotel. After a bienvenue a Paris! Get-together. Later you will take a short walk through our neighborhood, followed by dinner together. Overnight at Hotel in Paris
Day2 : PARIS
Today you will enjoy the historical Paris and visit Notre Dame, Ste-Chapelle, and the Latin Quarter.
Also you will catch our breath over lunch, and then tour Paris'
magnificent Louvre museum .Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3:
More Paris, on to Burgundy
Our day begins with a visit to the
impressionist-packed Musée d’Orsay (the Louvre if today is
Monday). Today you will then leave Paris and roll into the
French countryside, passing pastures and castles en route to the
bountiful Burgundy wine region. After an orientation and some
free time, we gather for a sampling of this region's most famous
product, Burgundian wine. Sleep in Beaune or Semur en Auxois
Day 4:
More Burgundy, on to the Swiss Alps
After a free morning in beautiful
Burgundy, You will climb high into the heart of the Swiss Alps
and our hotel which overlooks the magnificent Lauterbrunnen
Valley. Eat dinner (included).Overnight at Hotel in our creaky
old chalet in Gimmelwald.
Day 5:
Swiss Alps
The day is all yours. If the
weather is good, you may want to ride a gondola lift up to the
Schilthorn at 10,000 feet, loiter in the thin air, and hike
down. Or just wander through the meadows and play Heidi. For
more Alpine thrills, take narrow-gauge railways to trailheads
near the majestic Eiger and Jungfrau peaks. Rainy weather
options include Trümmelbach Falls, valley hikes, or just relaxing
in Gimmelwald. Dinner is included. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6: To Austria
Today you will take a scenic drive,
winding our way through Swiss and Tirolean forests, enjoying
views of craggy peaks and pristine lakes. Our destination is a
country hotel just outside the flower-boxed town of Reutte,
Austria. Eat dinner (included) and Overnight at Hotel in Reutte.
Day
7: Castle Day
Today you will make a drive and a
half-hour walk to "Mad” King Ludwig's Neuschwanstein Castle.
After lunch, You will look for a summer luge to barrel down
(weather and season permitting), and find free time to stroll in
the woods or relax at our peaceful hotel. Dinner is included.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 8:
Venice
Today you will cross the Alps and
drive all day to Venice, where you will leave the bus and board
a boat to our hotel in the historic heart of the city. After
dinner, you will take an orientation walk to magical, moonlit
St. Mark's Square. Overnight at Hotel in Venice.
Day
9: Venice
You are free all day to tour St.
Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, the Academia art gallery—or
shop, explore the alleys, cruise the canals, and "crawl" the
pubs. No bus, too much water.
Day 10:
Tuscany
Today you will drive deep into
Tuscany. We'll experience the rolling hills, wandering roads and
villages that make this region deservedly famous. At the end of
the day you will find our cozy countryside hotel and sit down to
a hearty Tuscan feast. Overnight at Hotel in Tuscany.
Day 11:
Renaissance Florence
We’ll spend today immersed in the Florentine Renaissance. We'll
start by getting acquainted with Michelangelo's David at the Accademia, then a gelato-fueled orientation walk will wind us
through the historic core of Florence, ending with a tour of the
masterpiece-packed Uffizi Gallery. We’ll return to our country
-comfortable hotel late this afternoon. Bus: 1 hour.

Day 12:
To Rome
This morning
we'll drive straight to the heart of Rome, where we'll spend the afternoon uncovering Ancient Rome (visiting the
Pantheon, Forum and Colosseum) with a local guide. Tonight let's
celebrate "la dolce vita," with a fountain-splashing,
after-dinner stroll through the heart of the city. Sleep in Rome (2 nights). Bus: 4 hours. Walking:
strenuous.
Day 13:
Eternal Rome
Today
we'll focus on the great art of Rome, spending our morning touring the
Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel, and our early afternoon
in St. Peter's amazing cathedral. You'll have the rest of the
day free to take a siesta or explore more of the "Eternal City."
Tonight we’ll gather for a final dinner together. No bus.

Day 14:
Tour over after breakfast
It's a breeze to reach Rome's airport by taxi or train. Your
guide will help you with any post-tour planning, leaving you
well prepared for the road ahead.
