Full day tour to Tian An Men Square, Forbidden City and Summer Palace.
DAY 3, Beijing (B.L)
Full day excursion to Great Wall at Badaling, Sacred Road and
Chang Tomb which is one of the Ming Tombs.
DAY 4, Beijing (B.L)
Be free in the morning and tour to Temple of Heaven in the afternoon. Take the overnight train to Xi'an.
DAY 5, Xi'an (L)
Arrive in the morning. Visit the famed Terracotta Warriors and enjoy some free time to wander through the bustling markets and stalls of this historic city.
DAY 6, Xi'an (B.)
Be free today.
DAY 7, Shanghai (B.L)
Morning flight to Shanghai; free afternoon to stroll along the Bund or visit the tranquil Yuyan Gardens and Bazaar.
DAY 8, SHANGHAI(B)
Free day for further exploration of Shanghai with time to visit the French Quarter, the Jade Buddha Temple and the Shanghai Museum.
DAY 9, SUZHOU (B.L)
Morning train to Suzhou, famous for its canals and its silk industry; free afternoon to explore the magnificent landscaped gardens.
DAY 10, Suzhou-TONGLI-Shanghai (B.L)
Drive to the mediaeval village of Tongli, criss-crossed by canals and tiny bridges; afternoon return to Shanghai.
DAY 11, GUILIN (B.L)
Fly to Guilin; free afternoon to visit Reed Flute cave or Seven Star Park.
DAY 12, YANGSHOU (B.L)
Free morning for individual exploration; afternoon drive to Yangshuo,
nestled amongst imposing limestone karst scenery.
DAY 13, YANGSHOU (B.L)
Free day to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere; optional walk to Moon Hill or
boat trip on the Li River.
DAY 14, YANGSHOU/ GUILIN/BEIJING (B)
Return to Guilin and fly to Beijing.
